The alley was really packed and only 3 people were staffed. We had called ahead the previous week and let them know we were bringing 30+ people, on top of whatever the normal crowd is. I felt bad for how much running around they had to do. We waited over an hour for a burger, pretzel bites, and chicken strips. One cook simply wasn’t enough
Was there for a birthday party their kiosk charged me 4 times for my food and it still didnt go through the front desk had to put it in and charged me again. When i brought it to their attention i was told there wasnt anything they could do about it. I asked for a manager and was told that there wasnt one there. When we finally got our food half of it was burnt. Not to mention during the bowling all 3 of our lanes we were on kept just shutting off during the middle of the games. The girl at the front desk kept getting an attitude every time we told her something else was broken.
Nothing fancy but fun bowling experience with grandkids. Busy place, well organized, had the correct sized shoes for us (getting pretty worn but oh well). Set up lane with bumpers coming up for the youngest. Fun afternoon!
This is a great place to revisit the nostalgia of bowling in the 90s. This isn't your typical modern bowling alley there are no fancy lights or grey color scheme, just good old fashioned wood paneling and bowling. The food was pretty good and staff was friendly and helpful.
