Írjon visszajelzéstI was disappointed that Subway chops their salads into small pieces. I really prefer eating a salad in bite-sized pieces rather than large chunks. The salad was fresh and customizable, which was great, but it was difficult to eat with the flimsy plastic utensils provided.
Faster friendly service, very nicely designed sub-parts, tasty
While preparing our food, the employee mentioned that my partner had to get to work, after which we both paid for our meals and left. While my partner was eating before heading off to work, he shared a part of his sub with me to compare. It became clear that our sandwiches were very different. Mine was barely wrapped, while his was neatly composed. We decided to call the restaurant to request a refund for one of our orders, but the response was frustrating. They told us that unless we brought back the sandwich, we wouldn’t be eligible for a refund. This was impossible for us, so we mentioned that we would reach out to the corporate office. The person on the phone abruptly ended the call without addressing our concerns. When I contacted corporate, the representatives were very polite and assured me that this situation should never have occurred. They promised to follow up with the restaurant owner. On October 31, 2019, I was advised to wait two days for a callback regarding my refund. However, as of March 17, 2020, I have yet to receive any refund, and it seems unlikely that I will ever see any resolution from the company.
The owners of this subway do not respect customers or employees there. I wouldn't eat here.
