Mr Bill's Village Smokehouse

We often stop by Mr. Bill's whenever we pass through, hoping to grab some crab cocktail. This last visit was truly exceptional. Daniel, the guy behind the counter, was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. His enthusiasm for preparing our delicious crab cocktail and salmon belly was outstanding. Thanks to Daniel, our family got to enjoy an amazing open-faced salmon belly brioche sandwich with homemade tartar sauce right on the beach. Thank you!

I wish I took more photos of the food but we devoured everything too quickly. I had no idea smoked oysters could be so delicious, rich with flavor and texture. We also tried smoked salmon spread which was incredible (we were recommended to try itwith cucumber as an appetizer and the combination didn't disappoint). The service was so friendly and welcoming. While wehaven't tried smoked salmon, it looked amazing. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

My family and I stopped in and an order of berry cobbler was an awesome treat! Then we wandered into the smokehouse portion of this building to sample and buy smoked salmon. I purchased a feather , smoked salmon coated in a maple/molasses sauce, cookedinto the meat. It was like eating candy! Delicious for anyone with a sweet tooth! The regular smoked salmon was tasty too. Withregard to food, a 5 star rating is deserved. But something happened which dropped my rating....I was shorted $8. No receipt wasgiven until we asked for mine (which had been placed into a separate book he had . When I questioned the man about what he 'dreturned to me, he never apologized or questioned my concerns.He handed over the exact amount he had failed to originally giveme. I am a senior citizen and unfortunately some people think we seniors can be treated differently. I am not coming out andaccusing the man who sold us our salmon choices, but it was all highly suspicious....not just to me but to my family as well.All being said, for tasty salmon and scrumptious cobbler this is the place to get it. Just be sure you get a receipt and doublecheck what you pay and receive back. It is something we all should do always, wherever we are.

The restaurant offers an impressive variety of smoked salmon and jerky, as well as a wide selection of fruit wines. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist.

Fantastic Smoked Salmon! During our visit to Lincoln City over Memorial Day weekend, we stopped by Mr. Bill's and tried their honey smoked salmon, which was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed it so much that a few weeks later, I decided to order some for delivery. As is sometimes the case with online orders, there was a small hiccup in the process. However, when we reached out to the manager about the issue, he was incredibly helpful in resolving it. It was truly a wonderful experience. We will definitely be ordering more smoked salmon from Mr. Bill. They genuinely care about their customers and their smoked salmon is outstanding!
