Wingstop - Lincoln Park

Disappointing experience. The server (a white girl with glasses, a bit on the chubby side, and brown hair) was difficult to deal with. I clearly stated our simple order: 8 garlic park wings and fries. However, she charged us for two extra ranches, totaling $3, and insisted on charging us for two fries, despite me repeating several times that we only wanted one. It felt like either she was very slow or not fully attentive, as I had to repeat our order multiple times and she still got it wrong. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. The place was messy, the food was mediocre, and the customer service was terrible. There are plenty of better Wingstop locations—definitely skip this one!

Since they opened this place, it has been fantastic! The staff is respectful and never gives you a bad attitude if you take your time to decide what you want. They are polite and provide a really nice, welcoming atmosphere. The food is amazing, and I especially love the Cajun corn. Keep up the great work! Food: 5/5

This restaurant has typically been inconsistent, but they really fell short this time. I can't comprehend how anyone thought this was acceptable. The wings weren't just burnt; they resembled a kind of black sludge. While they are quick to offer a replacement, it’s starting to raise concerns, especially since they usually don't ask any questions. I’m beginning to wonder if this has been an ongoing issue for a while...

Service is too slow and they have delivery drivers fill customers drinks… very unsanitary. The merchant is supposed to fulfill customer orders not the deliver who hasn’t washed their hands all day…Service: 1/5

I ordered food online from this place 5/1/23 it said my order was received and would be ready in 16-21 minutes. My boyfriend goes to pick it up it’s team members in the back refusing to open the door with a piece of paper that says “closed”. How unprofessional can you be? To not even offer a refund. I will not be ordering from this place ever again! I will be filing a dispute.
