Pizza Hut - Lincolnton

The dining room was closed, which was disappointing, so I ended up eating in my car. However, the pizza was surprisingly well-prepared and fully sliced! It was really good.

Great pizza! I messed up my order online, but the management kindly made me another one for free. Thanks to them!

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. This is the second time I’ve ordered online and received no food. I placed two large orders through their website and got a confirmation via email and the app. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, I waited for an hour, even though the confirmation said it was ready. The manager claimed that she hadn’t received the order at the store and refused to honor my confirmation email or the proof I provided from the website. This experience was extremely unprofessional and the place seemed very understaffed.

Called order in, ask if coupon were available she did not know, She was new. could not look me up by phone number,, I said lets just do the order and I will check the app later , 20 min late went in ,they had not start my order. They said we want do your order until you get here, it will be 10 min to 15 min, I waited 25 min. then it was stung to the counter.. No thank you for waiting , kiss my grits, it was like I was invisible Now, I am in retail and I know there are staff shortages, But where are your manners. I have shopped here several times.. Time is money for me also...

Terrible store. Food is fine but be prepared to wait forever. Ordered curbside and when I got to the store tried to call the curbside number and someone answered and immediately hung up without saying anything. Then tried calling back multiple times with no answer. Finally had to go in and get the pizza. If you?re not doing curbside then don?t advertise it. This has happened multiple times. Update: Went in to get food and multiple workers were just standing around. Claimed they didn?t see us when one lady was sitting there looking out the window. Food had been given to the wrong person. So we had them cancel our order and refund us. Will not be back.
