I absolutely love the sandwiches and have never had any complaints. The customer service is consistently excellent. It's also a kid-friendly place, with a great option for children on the menu.

My mother and I were quite disappointed with the service we received today. My mother went in to order sandwiches, and unfortunately, it's not the first time we've had issues with our orders at this place. The person who took her order was rude and rushed, which didn't help at all. To make matters worse, the sandwiches were mislabeled. My mother ordered me a ham sandwich, but instead, I received a turkey sandwich that was meant for my grandmother. Instead of checking, my grandmother ended up eating half of the wrong sandwich. What if she had an allergy? That could have led to a serious situation! In the end, I was left with only half of an overpriced sandwich. This was just unacceptable!

While I enjoyed my meal at Jersey Bakes, I felt like I was put in an awkward position when I had to ask about the tipping process. I understand if tips are necessary for jobs that are demanding, but being prompted for a tip at the card reader feels a bit like panhandling. The service was quick and attentive, and the sandwiches were excellent. However, asking patrons for tips through a card reader seems misguided. If the restaurant wants to support its staff, they should provide fair wages—around $15 to $20 an hour—and offer benefits like gas vouchers, rather than sneaking in tip requests through electronic payments. This approach doesn't seem fair to either the employees or the customers and appears to be a company-wide policy rather than an individual server's request.

I've been trying her sandwiches for a while. I'm so glad we were over today to check them out. it smells really good when we enter the business and we were sold completely to support this business. we all decided to buy the huge sandwiches, as we were hungry after traveling from north carolina. the load is immaculate. we enjoyed all our sandwiches that were delicious.

The subs are so good. The rolls are so fresh. I like my ham sliced thinner than their normal thickness. I always ask them to shred my ham and they don't have a problem doing it. I am addicted to Jersey Mike's subs .
