Firenza Pizza - Lindenhurst

This place never fails me. The staff is tremendous. You know who I'm talking about if you make it here as often as I do. Thanks again guys!!!

I ordered for a birthday celebration. The pizzas were delicious—one pepperoni, one gluten-free cheese, and an Italian beef with sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers. The onion rings were tasty; however, the fries were undercooked and chewy in the middle. That was the only downside.

The delivery service is excellent, and there’s a great variety of options available beyond just pizza.

The deep dish pizza here is excellent, but the sausage is quite salty! The breadsticks and marinara sauce are absolutely fantastic! I really enjoyed the pizza overall, but I think we'll pass on the sausage next time.

The first time I tried the pizza here was through a GrubHub delivery back in early April, and I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed it so much that just three weeks later, I decided to bring my wife and kids with me for a dine-in experience. To our surprise, we found out that it’s a cozy little carry-out spot, despite the Google listing showing a dining picture for the location. However, that didn’t dampen our spirits; we ordered a couple of pizzas to go along with a dessert pizza, and we had a great time! We really love this place! The venue is clean, prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. Firenza is unique in Illinois, and I truly hope they expand to more locations. While some may see it as just another MOD, Blaze, or Pie Five copy, there’s something special about the flavor that keeps me wanting to return for more. I enjoy trying new restaurants, and pizza is definitely at the top of that list!
