I bought a castle from them a week ago, but it doesn’t work, and they won’t exchange it for a functioning one. Their response was simply that returns aren’t allowed. I used to spend $10 to $20 there every week, but now I won’t be spending anything. They’ve lost out on $500 to $1000 a year due to a $5 faulty lock they sold me. Poor business practices from Joe, the manager.
