Lindsay's Aroma

I 'm so sad. I bicycled by Lindsay 's Aroma the other day and it appears to be closed permanently. A new restaurant is coming The Queen 's Bistro . I just hope it 's the same owner, just rebranding the restaurant and not a completely new restaurant. The owner Bala was the only other Tamil person I know in Lindsay and was basically a friend. Bala, I wish you all the best. I hope to see you again. :)Update!!!!! Easter 2021 I was walking by the restaurant and I saw Bala’s car out front I went up to the door and saw Bala! He came out and confirmed to me he was only changing the name of the restaurant and sprucing up the decor and the menu. Yay! I hope he sticks around for a long time.

Love this place, don't be fooled by the outside. Excellent sauces and appys. We've only had the Indian food here and can only speak to that. Food is fresh, tasty and the owner is a gem. Give it try. If you're new to Indian food give the butter chicken a try! Delish!!!

It's our 1st time here, two people for Friday night dinner. They are open for inside dining with social distancing and sanitizers at each table. Great great food, we had the butter chicken and Vindaloo. Big menu selection with Canadian and other foods types as well.Really good food, great prices and fabulous service. We'll be back again and they do takeout as well.
