Wendy's - Lindsay

Absolutely terrible! The cashier was incredibly rude, rolled their eyes, and was far from friendly! None of the cooks or prep staff were wearing hairnets or beard covers. The staff was dressed in ripped jeans and Crocs, loud and swearing; I highly doubt they’d even crack a smile!

The food was served lukewarm, and the fountain drink machine was sticky and lacked many available flavors.

I wasn't very impressed with my experience. To start, my poutine barely had any gravy on it, and the salad was a disaster. If those salads are meant to be hand-prepared, then the staff definitely need better training. I was really unhappy to find a hair on a piece of bacon that was cut into two pieces, and the salad was almost room temperature, with only a few shavings of cheese. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money. I won’t be returning, especially after discovering hair on my bacon. How disgusting!

I have been really impressed with the quick service I've experienced recently at Wendy's in Lindsay. Despite being short-staffed, the team remains fast and friendly!

I absolutely love this restaurant! When I was working in the area, it became my go-to spot whenever I had a craving. The staff has always been incredibly accommodating, consistently preparing my order exactly how I wanted it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
