Domino's Pizza - Lindstrom

I have ordered from this restaurant approximately 5 times and it has been okay. However, on Friday I ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 garlic twist bread. I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes after placing my order, only to be informed that it would take an additional 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for an extra 20 minutes instead. When I finally inquired about the delay, I was informed that my order had been ready but no one had notified me. I was the only customer waiting inside the restaurant. From the time I placed my order to the time I received my food, it took a total of 55 minutes. I have decided that I will not be returning to this establishment. Simply apologizing for the delay is not sufficient. You have lost a customer.

I have ordered from here several times since I moved to the area three years ago. I always order pick up. Today I realized that they have not made a single mistake.

Will never order from Domino's again. Hadn't ordered for a couple weeks and was randomly charged $3 to my bank account out of the blue. Tried talking to manager, was told they would look into it but that we would probably have to take care of it with our bank. First off, why does Domino's have my account info stored? Secondly, why do I have to do the foot work to fix you guys stealing from my bank account? No one ever called us back. Livid.

Worst dominos order. The management is absolutely terrible. The GM loves to smoke pot in her car and the walk in cooler. If your worried about some stoned teenagers messing up your order don't bother with this store because the GM does that more than enough
