Grandpa Cheesecake - Lindstrom

Grandpa Cheesecake has relocated to 12710 Lake Blvd in Lindstrom and is now available at the Fudge Shop. My daughter adored the cheesecake, while I was a fan of the fudge. The shop is a charming little candy store situated in a small strip mall alongside an antique store and a few other local businesses. Finding the place was quite an adventure since Google still shows the old address (I'm working on getting that changed). However, it turned into a delightful outing on a lovely spring-like day. Lindstrom is truly a quaint little town!

I absolutely love the cheesecake! My husband even got me a whole cheesecake for my birthday, and it was delicious. I enjoy mixing different flavors, which is always a great experience, but my ultimate favorite is definitely the Lingonberry—it’s so creamy and delicious!

The staff here is friendly, the service is excellent, and the cheesecake is amazing!
