This place has gone downhill, they used to have great service, but most of the help has left. The owner served me tonight, poor server, tried to get her attention to get some ketchup to no avail. They need to step it up. The owner isn't a good server and seems not to want to pay for people who are. Dissapointing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and our waitress was outstanding. We dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $20 to $30. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the Center Cut Sirloin!

What's going on with the no changes or substitutions policy? I was told I couldn't leave the BBQ sauce off my hamburger, and when I asked to swap Cheddar cheese for Swiss on a chicken sandwich, the answer was still no! The server mentioned it was too difficult for the cooks and that it was a new policy. It’s hard to understand! We had a party of six adults, and an 18% tip was automatically added to our bills, but the server didn’t inform us, so she ended up getting double tipped. We definitely won't be returning!
