I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food was for a pit master; I expected it would be just average, but it far exceeded my expectations. The beans and salads were also fantastic. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, unlike the reheated offerings commonly found at many chain BBQ places.
I absolutely love it! I ordered the BBQ "3 Meat Plate," and it was fantastic.
