I've never given a 1 star review but this place deserves it. If not for Pigeon roaming around the inside of the eating area for the racist staff! My wife and I wanted some toast or a bagel or croissant and a coffee each. I queued up for 10 mins, got the front and then was gestured (as the young Portuguese waitress didn't speak any English) that I needed a ticket. This wasn't obvious when you first enter. Got a ticket, waited again 10 mins then watched her completely ignore me twice. Interestingly, a local rocked straight up to the counter without a ticket and was served immediately! Did I just experience racism? Not sure, either way this place is definitely not the Portuguese Starbucks so AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Walked out

One of the best places for breakfast. delicious baked goods sweet as well as spicy, refreshing fresh orange juice, very delicious organic cubes on avocado toast all for a reasonable price. we definitely come back specifically for the sweet pastries and recommend it to anyone looking for a local breakfast experience.

Good place to have breakfast when they are close to the hotel, tasty and not expensive. make sure they take the right number at the entrance (take them away or eat at the place)
