Very cosy restaurant, had fab starters, mains, wine and dessert very good. Staff very helpful, would recommend booking otherwise you may be disappointed

It was only few meters from our hotel. The food was very good. I had a very good lagareiro cod fish. One of the best I ever had. I will try to return to this restaurant

The food was great and very interesting....cod croquette, delicious as were the clams in a parsley and garlic liquid. We were staying very close by and decided to try this small family restaurant earlier in the week . We came with friends and decided to try the set menu which looked and turned out to be excellent value at E22/head for four courses and a shared bottle of wine or drink of choice. Each of the courses were adequate in size and well cooked- excellent value with first class service .Our experience was enough to book again the following night. Unfortunately it was not a repeat experience. We decided to make a choice from the menu but the soup was barely warm and we had to ask for it to be reheated and the steaks we ordered came out 'very fast ' and were not fully cooked. It was a real disappointment so we skipped sweet and made our comments receiving a small compensation in return

Cozy restaurant with friendly staff. Tasty starter of tomato and cheese but the one vegetarian main course option was quite bland. Enjoyed trying the green wine!
