Seagull Method Cafe - Lisboa

Um lugar muito fofo para desfrutar de um delicioso brunch. Adorei a vibração, a comida era ótima e nossa garçonete foi muito simpática. A única coisa que não gostei muito foi o café, mas tudo bem, só não tinha gosto de café expresso freddo. Ainda recomendaria verificar este lugar para um brunch

Eu me mudaria para Lisboa só por causa deste lugar. Chegue cedo para ter tempo de encontrar uma mesa e pedir um de tudo. É tudo fresco e delicioso. Viemos aqui uma manhã para tomar café da manhã e lamento não ter mais dias em Lisboa para voltar. Foi de longe o melhor café da manhã que experimentamos. Os bolinhos de milho são mágicos.

Queijos muito saborosos. Você pode sentir o sabor do requeijão como na infância, quando sua mãe o cozinhava. Uma excelente combinação de natas e fruta. Localização no centro de Lisboa.

Great little brunch cafe. Small, cozy space. Creative menu, and everything is presented artistically, without sacrificing portions. Attentive and friendly staff, capable in English as well as Portuguese (and likely others). I had the Karma pancakes, which were delicious and decadent without being sickly sweet or heavy and saw several other dishes and overheard other tables' remarks. All dishes looked amazing, and all comments were positive. The cappuccino was the most authentic I have had yet in Lisbon. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good ones, often creative, but this was the most perfectly balanced and simple, in the Italian style, that I have found so far. I could easily come back repeatedly. I could see that coming during peak hours could mean a long wait, but mine was just a few minutes.

Had a very nice breakfast in the seagull method place is small and intimate with a nice atmosphere the staff were all very friendly
