The old lady here should not work. she hates her job. she's just throwing Tje bags of food. if she asks her a question, she says what and talk to someone else. very unhappy and I am not happy to come here to see a grim face with an rude attitude.

Not sure what happened to this place recently, but it seems as if it is a very long time in the drive-thru now (can be short staff)? also, more times than I can count (and also today), I sit at the order-kiosk, wait to place an order when someone else moves into the next running gear and gets their order taken immediately. as a result I moved back from the car thru and went and parked in a curb-side parking lot. When they broke out my command, I was told that they did not have the muffins I had ordered (and they had only those I knew that nobody would want). he came back with the muffins, but didn't know there was a coke on my order. I guess I'll wait a little longer.

The worst Macdonald's in all of Ontario. No joke. Been to plenty from Windsor to Kenora. The service is terrible, takes too long through drivethru and for some UNGODLY reason, I had to say my order of two coffees and a Sprite at least twice.
