Dunkin' - Litchfield

This is a good Dunkin to go to I do recommend this location the people are very nice and the food is good however 8/10 times when I order avocado toast with bacon it's usually not on there their bagels are pretty tasty and I come there a lot

It's kind of hit or miss, I'm afraid. After our 2016 review, things went downhill with the staff. In recent months there's been a change of management, mostly for the better although there are still issues. We continue to love our drinks here even if they occasionally fail to put that single mocha shot in the iced coffee. And even when we ask for the hash browns to be crispy and they aren't. The new employees are generally very friendly and responsive, and the restaurant is certainly one of the cleanest DD's we've been in. So, it remains convenient to our home and we like a lot about it. A-OK, in in other words.

Went here for a bagel and coffee. As I waited for my bagel to be toasted the woman that was doing the toasting for the bagels knelt down to cough into her right hand which is gloved and then grabbed my bagel from the toaster with her gloved right hand (didn't change gloves) to give to the guy working to her left to put cream cheese on my toasted bagel. This was after she had just scolded another employee that was not working from going behind the counter and trying to get free food from what I overheard. Disgusting

The servers were nice. However, the water they used to make their drinks tasted stale and old. Also, I got three drinks with light ice and one drink with no ice and they didn't fill the drinks all the way up because of it. Would only recommend this location if you want a milk based drink with default amount of ice.

We don 't usually do donuts but our son REALLY wanted one we got a gourmet chocolate donut from nearby Arethusa (which was delicious btw) but was too sophisticated for our 2 yr old 's tastebuds. So we found this Dunkin and, first off, the staff was incredibly nice and made our son feel like a star! Haha they even gave him a free munchkin which he loved. Dunkin is a chain and ppl need to stop expecting it to be something else. The staff was lovely and made this 5 star
