Ihop - Lithia Springs

That was my first time. I had the big steak and pancakes. I love it! I'm back. I have entered and my order was correct and efficient! The waiter was so nice and professional.

Picked up a carry out order for breakfast on a Saturday late-morning. They weren't very busy and the food was ready fast, but I had to ask for everything besides syrup and butter in the way of condiments. I had to make them find my drinks and the chocolate milkshake I ordered took about 7 people to make and basically shut the entire kitchen down for 15 minutes. Everything was cooked right and tasted good though!

The place is not busy, service went down to zero, no coffee, no napkins, what is management doing about it? Something is broken in the kitchen after I got her attention. Giving nasty food to costumers, look at the ham on the pic. They should not remain open. I used to like this place, not anymore.

The IHOP in Lithia Springs is awful! When I walked to the front entrance; it smelled like trash. Against my better judgment, I sat down and ordered my usual breakfast order which is a 2x2x2. They didn't have cranberry juice. My husband ordered a coke with his breakfast. I didn't drink the water the waitress sat on the table. I had a view of the kitchen. It was dirty. One one the guys picking up orders patted the back of his head while his mask was half way down. The entire place felt grimy. The only reason I stayed was because my husband wanted to stay. I don't eat at nasty places! I usually eat at the IHOP in Peachtree City. I feel like I betrayed my usual eatery. I'll be back. Lithia Springs IHOP please clean up your place. Hire some people too.

They were extremely understaffed and out of half of the items on the menu. Strawberries, sausage, hash browns etc just to name a few. It took a while for anyone to take our orders and for the food to be served. I specifically chose an entree item that didn't contain any of the ingredients they were out of and when I received my order it was still Missing the majority of the ingredients. I told the server and told her I didn't want the food remade that it was fine but if I could get a discount due to the omitted ingredients. When the server went to the kitchen to ask her manager it seemed I could hear her screaming what I had said all the way from my table. She came back and said she could give me the items on the side and I exclaimed there was no need. She stomped off, screamed in the kitchen once more, headed to the register and printed us off a new receipt. Definitely uncomfortable. I'm glad I won't be stopping there again.
