Auntie Anne's - LITHONIA

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The cashier, Anyla, had an incredibly positive attitude and radiated such warm energy. I wasn't sure what I wanted because it had been a while since I'd had Aunt Anne, but she was really patient and offered me great suggestions. She's definitely one of the best employees I've ever encountered. Her outstanding customer service and kind personality truly made my day. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I highly recommend this location!

I adore Aunt Anne's, and my children do too. I've enjoyed their food for years, just like my kids have. However, this location is the worst! The service is terrible, and the pretzels are dry and stale—definitely not what you expect when you go there. The young staff working there seem clueless about customer service and how to make quality products. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Although it's convenient since it's close by and saves us a trip to the city, something needs to change—it's just unacceptable! The pretzels were not only subpar, but the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and that I wasted my money! Is it even possible to get a refund?

The service is fast and the food is good. You're now serving chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a pulp ****. They also sell the usual aromatized and original pulp together with lemonade or sweet tea. There is also a holiday drink called the hot chocolate frost, which is quite good, it tastes like chocolate milk on ice. Overall, it is a good small shop for a fast snack.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. The cashier, receipt says her name is Felicia G, was unwelcoming, as if to be bothered by our presence; she didn?t provide any clarity when asking about the drinks advertised, which in turn aided me in getting the WRONG drink, based on HER description... I had to ask the employee, who literally made it, for a different drink/understanding. Felicia, then, with much irritation, called another employee over to process my refund for the first drink. The pretzels were yummy though!

The pretzel bites are yummy!!! However the customer service is a hit or miss and the area is Filthy!!! There was trash spilling out the garbage, food and trash around the eating area and floors look like they had not been cleaned in months. I will not be returning due to the lack of cleanliness.
