After waiting for a few minutes, the manager informed us that they were only accepting drive-thru orders.

Absolutely the worst burger king you could order from. Customer service skills shot to hell completely and the manager tomeka is rude as can be. Ordered the new Swiss melt. Bread was not cooked, cheese was not melted nor was is Swiss. It was full American with a bunch of mushrooms on top. Mozzarella sticks were black as their uniform shirts and my whopper was so poorly throw together and ice cold. Also completely WRONG from what I ordered. Down to the coca colas were not coke. They were dr. Pepper. And when it was brought to their attention she asked me to pull up the order to verify it came from their store location then proceeded to tell me because it was mobile ordered and she would not replace it EVEN THO this is the restaurant that poorly prepared it. If you're looking for a hot meal or even a correct one please don't waste your time. Head next door to McDonald's or just take the trip to panola burger king. I'm telling you just save yourself the trouble.
