Smoothie King - LITHONIA

I just returned from out of town and this was my first visit to the restaurant. A young man and a hardworking woman provided excellent explanations of the various smoothies and offered us some fantastic suggestions. We really appreciated their positive attitude!

The smoothies are fantastic! The shop is clean, and the customer service is excellent.

I had a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. I ordered my smoothie through the app, and when I arrived, I waited at the online order desk. Despite the fact that someone was nearby, it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I wasn’t in a rush, so I patiently waited. Finally, a girl asked if I had an online order. I provided my name, and she handed me my smoothie. I thanked her, but instead of a polite response, she just rolled her eyes and didn’t even say "you're welcome." I won’t be returning; there are plenty of other smoothie places out there, and I’d rather go somewhere with friendly staff.

My Caribbean way replacement stevie for sugar was right at the point until the man swings a corner and my cup tilted and every drop of smoothie was on the ground.

This store owner Mrs/Ms. Page refused to make me another smoothie that I dropped in the parking lot. I paid almost 10 dollars. And, it?s her prerogative not too. But, she lost 30 to 50 dollars per week from this customer. Let me see she losing 200 dollars a month over one 10 dollars smoothie. SMH she has a business though maybe the brains and the smarts come from someone else in her family.
