Primohoagies - Lititz

I ordered the Bada-Bing, but it arrived ice cold, as if it had just come straight from the freezer. The portion of Broccoli Rabe was the smallest I've ever seen, and there was no cheese on it at all. I understand that places can get busy and mistakes happen, but I was the only customer there, which made the experience even more disappointing when I got home.

I've visited this location in Lititz a few times, specifically at the Fruitville Pike site, and I've always had a great experience. The sub I ordered was excellent, and the service was fantastic. I will definitely return to this spot the next time I'm in Lititz!

"I ordered a sub with salad and tomato mayo, no wobble. Instead, it arrived with a swirl and no tomatoes. Not a huge issue, and they did fix it. My other sub was supposed to be without any jalapeños and without paprika mixed in with the tuna mayo. However, they added pepper, and the mayo wasn’t mixed in properly; only half of the sub had mayo. When I asked for some mayo on the side, which had been forgotten, the staff member was friendly but insisted she had put it on, suggesting it might not have been enough for me. It was clear there was no mayo on it at all, which shouldn't even require a comment. Just give the mayo and move on."

Terrible customer service. 5 people behind the theke could not say 1 something and not take care of one command. they all stand there and stare at each other. Take your hard earned money somewhere else!

I reserve 5 stars for truly exceptional places but first impression was fantastic. Looking forward to trying one again. We split a Primo sized chicken suprimo and it was great. Honestly next time I'd add either pesto or bruchetta to it as it was a little dry, but the flavor was on point. The fresh mozzarella slices were thick and the roasted bell peppers were awesome.
