My wife and I dined at this fine establishment a few weeks ago and were not disappointed, it was a little hard to find but the service was amazing, with very polite and professional staff. When you live a plant-based life and visit a restaurant that provides a vegetarian option, most often, the dish feels like an afterthought. My experience at Brave New was far from that!!! The Vegetable Pasta was made with love and intention! The presentation and flavor were superb! The service and ambiance were outstanding! Vegetarian options: The Vegetable Pasta is excellent! Interesting location when you pull up. Once you are inside the hospitality is amazing. The restaurant is very comfortable. I see a lot of knocks on the food. I don’t understand that because the food was amazing. There were a lot of interesting combinations which my entire party of 6 loved. This is going to be a re visit for me next time I’m in the area and I look forward to it. If you’ve never had caper berries before, ask for them. I’m excited about those.
