Dunkin' - Little Rock

That was my first time I ever ordered from duncan donuts. I used the app to pay my order for window pickup. I am not annoyed over the long lines, or the person in the running thru window. I'm angry that whoever finished my order, my drink, and it tasted delicious. this was before the day, but after the Sunday with as much traffic as they have, do they withdraw from the day-old shares when they run out? and do they not read and pay attention to drinking order for certain add-on? especially if they are obviously accused of milk? I can't say that I would recommend it at this time. I'm disappointed because I expected a fantastic product based on brand name and advertising.

The service is excellent. my only problem is the hatebrown they taste old and soggy and limp. only six little bites to get is not so great. sausage egg and cheese croissant is excellent.

Recently I had my visit and I never had a problem until the type with the tattoos. he was rude and gave me the wrong order I didn't even want to get through to fix it. extremely disappointed when you were the first two paintings here were amazing.

I only have a problem with this place, when I make a mobile order, I usually give mins before I pick them up. the last few paintings when I moved in to get it, the order was not started until I went in and asked. I only have a mobile order because I work in the same building and it would be convenient if I just walk and pick up my order from the counter. this time I wait about or minutes in the load on my order. others that the workers are very nice and I enjoy my coffee!

Long wait at the drive thru. ordered ahead on the app and by the time we got our sandwiches they were cold. tried to have them reheat them but employees were talking more than helping. we got our sandwiches back and we’re told “this is the last time we are going to do this for you”. we have never been to this location and don’t even live in this state. might need to re-train employees
