Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Little Rock

I came for a quick dinner with my children. they greeted me and I started my order with a young cash that seemed to fight with the register, but she was sweet and apologetic. the person who bagd food was a medium-aged black woman who was very abrasive. I noticed that they ordered the wrong one and repeated my order. the older hired man has beaten me that it didn't matter what was wrong because she would give me the right food. but the total number was very high. I said, but I don't want to pay more than what I command. she was annoyed and screamed that she didn't want to make an empty one. I said, but I don't want to pay more than I owe. So I paid the bill that seemed extremely high. I asked for reception. it was considered as 4 children's meals instead of 2 and more expensive meals than what I ordered. I needed the manager for a refund. the aggressively employed was to roll and blow the eyes. the manager apologised and said she couldn't repay my card, so she gave me money refund. I said that's not right that you're cries to customers just because they don't want to pay for the things they didn't get. she came and apologised, she would fire her, but she couldn't say much because she was short-time servant. she explained that she was a new management that tried to pamper poor employees, but the bad employees needed for the bow. I said, but I'm not here to fire the people. I just wanted a meal and pay for what is fair. I was in order and then the coworker stared at me to the next customers who shaved their heads, murmured white people, as they had not really seen the whole problem. the manager seemed very embarrassing, but not authoritatiw and did not take the hired side or stopped them from screaming. she seemed to be very intimidated by this terrible hired person. this worker came to the dining room, where we eat with my two young children and stared and sneaked chairs in and shy at us. I'll never go here again. the employees should have been sent at least to the house or have been pulled aside for discussion.

Only order over eats and spent almost $60 to get the wrong food. I called the nicest way to deal with my problem, but I'm going out for 15 minutes and everything I hear laughs in the background. completely unprofessional! I'll call as soon as I wake up.

It's Popeyes Chicken! The food here is delicious! I love their crispy fried chicken and biscuits! You can never ever go wrong with buying and eating Popeyes Chicken. Eat them when it's newly cooked and hot.

Could NOT hear the person on the microphone in the drive through, even with my engine turned off. Once we got to the window, we were met with horrible service, no conversation or interaction with the people in the store. I’m assuming the person who took our order is the one we met at the window, because her microphone was up by her eye. We took our bag of food and drove less than a mile to an rv park we are staying at. Once we got back to the park, we figured out that we were short changed half of our order. Since we received such horrible customer service, we opted to not go back. This may actually be one of the last times we go to a Popeyes.

Side of red beans and rice in a tiny cup that wasn't full. it was maybe a tablespoon! food quality inconsistent at best. flounder fish sandwich so greasy
