Subway - Little Rock

They let you know several times like you can not afford everything you ask for is gonna be extra. Then when we all ordered ice water thry announced 3 times they will charge us for the ice water that's fine but receipt it was $1.99

They seem slightly understaffed, but those 2 ladies knew how to pump out awesome sandwiches for the line of in store customers and the online pick up orders at the same time! If only every subway could be so efficient and still fresh and tasty. The cookies were particularly greasy.

During my visit to the restaurant, I observed an unfortunate situation. As one girl started to prepare my sandwich, another customer approached and interrupted her to place his order, cutting in line. There were also several customers ahead of me, which made the situation feel quite unfair to those waiting, especially the first customer in line. This experience is the only reason I am giving your establishment two stars.

I'm a big fan of Jimmy John's, but my teenagers prefer Subway from time to time. However, it always takes about 15 minutes to prepare a sub, and we’re not even picky eaters. The bread is fluffy but lacks appeal and tastes a bit stale. I hope my kids will come around to my preference for Jimmy John's! I've been a loyal Subway customer for over a decade, but the quality of their ingredients just isn't what it used to be.

The food was satisfactory, but I had to wait 30 minutes even though there were only six other customers ahead of me. The staff seemed to be moving at a slow pace.
