Red Lobster Littleton

We were visiting from Texas and decided to have dinner at a familiar restaurant “Red Lobster”. We received great service and the food exceeded our expectations. We started with the lobster pizza, then had combination platters to try a variety of the featured dishes.

Very good food and good service! we really enjoyed it.

Appetizers: 1. Cheese sticks were microwaved and tasted like cardboard. 2. Mussels white wine and garlic sauce had the most disgusting smell. Hard to describe but was NASTY. Main: 1. Lobster was rubbery. 2. Shrimp scampi was microwaved. Service: 1. There were 5 tables around us that had not been cleared and we were there for at least an hour. 2. Not one thing from our table was cleared, I had to move glasses and plates to on of the tables near us. In all fairness, they were probably under staffed due to lack of work force created by the Federal government’s incompetence. So bad service is expected and ok, but nasty food is not acceptable. I don’t think we will ever go back to that specific Red Lobster restaurant.

Salmon was good however, the side quinoa was sorely undercooked, rather, not cooked. It was inedible because it was so chewy and crunchy, the texture of dried rice or Indian corn.

Great experience. I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in years and for the price, everything was excellent!
