Írjon visszajelzéstFirst time ever in a Jimmy John's, can't say I'm impressed.While the music and visual choices are pretty good, the flavor of the food was lacking.I'm sure it's the fault of the employees here. They rushed my order, didn't seem to answer any of my questions, and kind of shooed me away when I asked where the napkins were (they were hiding behind the service line).They also seemed dismissive of all the other customers in the building as well.
Jimmy Johnny's food has never been off. So again, they knocked it out of the park.
I placed my order via the app. I got to the store to ONE person working which meant I had to wait for my order, no big deal. I got my food and left. None of my customizations were done. Not cut in half, I asked for extra jimmy peppers- there were NONE, also no extra onions or tomatoes as requested. The sandwich was supposed to come with oregano and oil and vinegar, which none one of them were on the sandwich. I get JJ'S in the medical center at least once a week and it blows this location out of the water. What a disappointment. If I had known my sandwich was going to be so dry, I would have ordered a drink.
The employees must have amazing hearing to be able to understand verbal customer orders while the music is turn up to a volume level of beyond headache.
Ordered delivery today, put leave at the door. I've got deliveries in the past with leave at the door, and they have rang the doorbell or knocked on the door.However, when it showed it was out for delivery; I kept looking out the window and making sure it wasn't delivered. Then, I looked at the table by the playground, that is close to our apartment and I could see my Jimmy Johns bag on the table. Never saw the bag by the door, or anyone moving it away from the door. My food wasn't tampered with but, doesn't change the bad service I received.Putting the delivery by the door, and ringing the doorbell or knocking so, I could have known it was delivered.
