Jim's Restaurants - Live Oak

Great all around. Christopher was a great server. Went here after going to the Perrin-Bietel location where me and my dad sat and waited for 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. Won't be going back there again. O'Connor and 35, that Jim's knows what's up!!!!

The only thing, knowing it’s an old building, the women’s bathroom ceiling has a leak. Other than that, the staff is so wonderful, caring, and the food is always on point. The best blueberry pancakes, and my husband loves the chicken and waffles. My son loves the silver dollar pancakes! I pray that the Lord blesses this business and the people who step foot there. In Jesus name AMEN

The girls here, they make this counter service special. You'll find the Nacogdoches at 1604 location is very popular and a top producer in the Jim's chain.

Went for breakfast and out waitress recommended the waffles which did not disappoint! They were so delicious! The bacon and egg on the side and a biscuit to add to an incredible breakfast. Will definitely be going back for more waffles!!

The food was decent, atmosphere, . . . It's a Jim's! Service was excellent! Fast, precise, attentive; we enjoyed our time in there.
