Jamba Juice - Livermore

I made a pickup order online and we were greeted by the nicest person! The staff was super friendly! I ordered something that wasn't in stock, and he helped me get my refund right away. I'll probably come back more often.

This was my second visit to this restaurant and both experiences were great. During my first visit, the staff helped me understand the various add-ons they offer and recommended a delicious drink. On my second visit, despite being busy, they greeted me promptly and assured me they would be with me shortly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely plan on coming back here more often.

I make a daily stop on my way to work in the morning. The staff who works early in the day is excellent. They seem to have become familiar with me and know exactly what I like. The staff is very friendly and they make great smoothies. I will definitely continue to visit this restaurant.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I am usually left disappointed because my drink is not made correctly. The staff often seem to be standing around or chatting, which I believe is why the drinks are not made properly. However, I have found that coming in early in the morning is the best time to visit. There is one employee, a small woman with short brown hair, who always does a fantastic job. I believe she may be in a managerial position as she wears a black shirt. She is quick, efficient, and always makes my drink perfectly. She also provides great menu recommendations and is knowledgeable about the menu. This restaurant would benefit from more employees like her, who are well-trained and efficient.

Everyone is super nice and it’s appreciated that they remember my order too. Thanks to your entire staff for always being pleasant!
