The Junction Grill - Livermore

Although the location says that Livermore is this remote from the way restaurant is about 26 miles south of Livermore on Mines Road. It was converted into new owners last year. I was told that they kept limited hours in winter. I was there on a cloudy day. Many motorcycles and also a few bicycles. Bartender/waiter told me that during the summer months on weekends the line of customers goes out. Great menu and selection of beers on Hahn. If you are looking for an interesting way to eat it is. There are also some outside seats.

I can't believe I didn't take a picture of my meal!! The BFE burger and the fried pickle spears are the freakin' bomb diggity! This isn't a roadside grill ... This is SERIOUS foodie food! Well worth the beautiful drive out there for the food and hospitality! Go ... What are you waiting for ?!!!

As a cyclist, it is located in a PERFECT place. Great food. I live in San Mateo and make a point to visit it throughout the year even when its closed! :

The Junction serves amazing food! The BBQ ribs are my favorite! Especially with their homemade sauces! Just had their boar burger with an egg and bacon on it (thanks James for your suggestion) wow! So delicious! Customer service is fantastic too. The Junction is not only good food but a great experience! Well worth the drive up from town.
