The restaurant was a little tight on the mayo. I ordered a chicken fillet burger but received a southern fried chicken burger instead with very little mayo, almost like prison food.

This place has given me food poisoning. God knows what they’ve done to it but I’ve spent 8 hours uncontrollably vomiting and the rest.

We regularly order from Gigabite hand have always had amazing service. The cheesy garlic bread is a personal favourite in our house. There’s such a varied menu all family members and guests are always more than happy ordering from them for a takeaway night and are never dissapointment. The guys in the shop are fantastic also, always there to help.

I ordered the Gigabyte pizza for delivery and was told it would arrive at 9:45. I called to express my concern that this was too late, as my children would already be in bed. The man on the phone assured me that it was a mistake and that the pizza would arrive within 40 minutes. However, an hour later, I called back and was told it would be another 20 minutes, pushing the delivery time to 9:45 as initially stated. I was then told "we told you 9:45" which I found to be dishonest. I am extremely disappointed with the service, the rudeness, and the lies that were told in order to retain the order. Dealing with the unprofessional individual on the other end of the phone was frustrating. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
