It's OK but it is quite a modest size and the ordering and serving counter is one of the tiniest that I have ever seen ...... so if there is a long queue beware as they were slow. Please if you employ young teenagers then make sure they know how the till works as they have to call a supervisor to come and do it as with our order which was simply two different coffees! All said and done it was a pleasant enough experience upstairs.

The food at this restaurant is consistently well-cooked, which is a good start. However, there have been a few occasions where I have ordered 1-2 items and had to wait a long time for them. I have also observed that some of the staff in the kitchen and at the registers like to have long conversations with each other, sometimes holding up someone's order in the process. There have been instances of unaccompanied children smoking inside the restaurant, with no apparent concern from the staff. The seating area closes early, and I was recently turned away on a cold night after paying for my food and wanting to sit down to enjoy it.

Awful. This was definitely the worst mac and cheese I have ever tasted. The bacon cheeseburger was soggy and limp. The bun was sticky and fell apart in chunks. The meat was soggy and tasteless, and the "bacon" was unrecognizable. My wife mentioned that the terrible fries were undercooked. On the other hand, the chocolate milkshake was quite delicious.
