Chicken burger was raw, chicken pieces were dry inside and covered in grease and chips missing, do not eat here

Take care people, I did a order and never receive the food, i called them and they said in the utmost purity that they would not deliver my order.

Ordered the 3 piece combo meal, no fries came with it even though they should have. It was hard and awful to eat. I had a chicken burger which was raw in the middle. £16 for raw food and missing food. Called them, he was talking to other staff members on the phone and then hung up.

First review I’ve ever left because I’m not much of a complainer but after waiting an hour to receive the wrong order I called the restaurant at least 5 times to a very unhelpful guy who hung up on me twice and pretended not to hear me, after speaking to the manager twice I was told a replacement would be made it has now been another hour and a half, still no food has been delivered and I’m being told on the phone it’s busy. It’s a Sunday night 1:45pm I find it hard to believe it’s busy. It’s now 2:15 and they have turned the phone off. I’m not sure how this store is in business

So whilst working in Liverpool I looked on Deliveroo and ordered a meal, on the Deliveroo app it started that the restaurant soo there own deliveries soo can’t track the delivery… I was given an estimated delivery time for the food to arrive at 19:20, I called the restaurant at 19:45 to ask for an update, to be told it is on the way very whilst I was still explaining, soo I waited, however the time now is 20:20 an hour later, I called again and told them I’ve been waiting an hour, the guy on the phone was very rude, saying he had nothing to do with the deliveries and to take it up with deliveroo. When the food finally arrived at 20:30 it was like warm and chips were soggy Will never order from these again
