I recently returned from a stag weekend in Liverpool and we decided to visit Rack and Dollar at 1 pm on Saturday for drinks, food, and to watch the 2 cup finals that day.

This is a great spot for a relaxed drink with friends. They have four pool tables, two from the UK and two from the USA.
