The food was tasty, but the fries came out cold. It's on the pricier side for a fast food option, and there are more affordable eat-in choices available.

I ordered the Dave's Classic Combo, and it was satisfactory. We also tried two crispy chicken sandwiches—one with cheese and the other without, as I prefer my burgers and chicken sandwiches cheese-free. We also got the Double Stack Biggie meal, but I was disappointed; it looked more like a breakfast sandwich. It was ridiculous, featuring just a small piece of meat and cheese on a tiny bun that resembled a child's burger. My husband enjoyed the spicy nuggets, and the chili cheese fries were decent. The large chocolate frosty was tasty, but it was served in what felt like a small cup—apparently, that’s their "large." I normally love their Crispy Chicken sandwich, but it was ruined by the cheese.

I always receive excellent service at this Wendy's. The food is consistently great, but it's really the staff that makes this my favorite Wendy's in Syracuse. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

I've been going to this Wendy's for some time, and for a while, it was just okay compared to other Wendy's locations that are farther away. I guess I only visited a few times a year. However, my recent experience was outstanding. The food exceeded my expectations and has set a new standard for Wendy's everywhere. Everything was delicious!
