Mijo’s Bbq - Livingston

I visited the restaurant today after a family member recommended the delicious BBQ to my mother. Eager to try it for myself, my mother and I went to the restaurant. The owner's wife, Crystal, and her assistant, Heather, were very friendly and generous. The brisket was absolutely amazing and even my picky eater son enjoyed it. The portion size was worth the price and I was overall very satisfied with the experience. We will definitely be coming back. My mother couldn't stop talking about her meal since 4pm, it's now 11pm.

Mijo's BBQ provided catering for our wedding, and the food was absolutely incredible. As someone who cooks brisket regularly, I can attest to the top-notch quality of their brisket. It was a perfect 10. The chicken was also outstanding, earning a perfect 10 for its flavor and tenderness. Guests couldn't stop raving about the sausage, which had a unique and delicious flavor. The sides were equally impressive, with the potato salad ranking among the best I've ever had. The beans were packed with flavor and our son, who is usually a picky eater, couldn't get enough of them. We highly recommend Mijo's for catering or dining at their restaurant in Leggett, TX.

Mijo's BBQ catered our wedding, and it can't even be put into words how amazing the food was. I cook Brisket a lot myself, and you could tell the quality of their brisket itself was top level. Brisket was a 10 hands down. The chicken happened to be the best chicken I've ever tasted. From the flavor to the bite, it was a perfect 10 as well. Drove to Mijo’s BBQ from Houston. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. I cannot single one item out. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and our food was served quick. I’ve been to a few bbq places that are popular in the hill country and I can honestly say it’s as good or better. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be driving up again soon.
