The Chico Dining Room - Livingston

Absolutely incredible! This is honestly the best food I've ever had. The staff is wonderfully friendly, making for a fantastic experience overall. Every penny spent here is worth it!

Our dinner was phenomenal! We started with the bison ravioli, which was not only delicious but beautifully presented and generously portioned. We also had a Caesar salad, and it was a nice touch to see raw anchovies included—the dressing was perfect! For our main courses, we ordered the shells and the bison ribeye. They were both absolutely divine! It's rare to find a well-made mussel sauce, but Chico Kitchen has mastered it! The flavors were delightful, and the bison was impeccably prepared, served with creamy mashed potatoes and green beans. We were so full that we couldn't manage dessert, but my dirty martini served as my sweet indulgence! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding, although the seating arrangements were not great. Overall, the staff had an excellent attitude.

Really delicious food with cozy food in an attractive, warm environment. I would give him 5 stars, but 3/3 meals with beef, one was Sirloin tips, one was Steak Diane and one was flat iron, had meat that was less than tender. Not the quality of the beef I had expected, given the quality of everything else. This is a wonderful experience. Go.
