La Capanna - Livingston

The restaurant is truly legendary, consistently delivering exceptional quality. They ensure that drinks are served promptly after placing an order, and they maintain high standards throughout. You can always count on them not to offer anything subpar.

The ham and chips were served right at the front of the restaurant, and my wife's fish portion was enormous, like that of a whale! They also offered a variety of gluten-free options for my sisters-in-law, and they said they couldn't even tell the difference in taste. The pizza was good too!

The takeout menu at La Capanna is fantastic, with all dishes cooked fresh to order. They also offer gluten-free options, which is a huge plus for me. I'm gluten-free, and I love having choices here. Yippee!

The staff are incredibly friendly and delightful. However, I must say I preferred the previous location over the current one. They no longer offer a gluten-free menu, and if you request gluten-free options, they just inform you verbally. They are knowledgeable about what can and cannot be cross-contaminated, but it's still disappointing not to have a gluten-free menu. On a positive note, the food is excellent! I usually order the pasta and a selection of different hams.
