I would give 0 stars if I could, my smoothie was like water and they didn’t even add the enhancers I paid for. Seems like they only treat the customers good if they have the rewards app? Won’t be going back I’ll head to tropical smoothie next time

I like smoothie king but the girl working is really freaking rude and makes you wait . Really bad customer service. Kinda ruins your day

Make sure u order online or the drive through cause if u walk in the have there music blasting an tells you to go the the drive through when ur already in the lobby why have the lobby open then

I don’t know if they have an entire new staff or need to hire more people but this place is falling apart. Everything takes way too long and this the second time I ordered 20oz drinks and got two different sizes. They can’t seem to get anything correct. Y’all need to get a new staff because whoever there now is terrible. They don’t listen at ALL!

Employees lie saying machines are down hours before close so they don’t have to work. 7 mile location does the same thing.
