Barbarella Juicebar - Ljubljana

At barbarella they can buy a coffee or juice with pre-baked salads, sandwiches and desserts. this place is best for those who need a fast vegan meal or treatment for work or transit. the food looks delicious on the photos, but less in their packaging. I ordered a quinoa salad with carrot dress for about 10 €. Many of the salads would be easy to make from home. while moderate filling, there was not much taste even with the sauce. I also took a German chocolate cake and cheek-peared ones they had recommended. the tar was dry and the cake filling had a processed texture and taste. none of the food was bad, but given the high price, eating was disappointing.

Barbarella is a small bistro in the center of ljubljana. I didn't find the atmosphere as loving as it looks in the pictures. my salad was fresh, but not with much dressing. because it is self-service and the salat was rather small, I found the price too high.

Barbarella juicebar has only a few seats and at least mid april there were no seats in the open, so its designed for the exit. most foods are prepacked, like salads and salad dresses, even if they eat them before spot. it is also a bit sham its all disposable packaging. I had the proteinsalate, which was arranged like a bowl and came with quinoa, avocado, buzzing, brokkoli, salat and a hauch of carrot. I liked to choose my dresses. it tasted really good, although I would like to have a bit more dressing and warm quinoa, cockerbsen and drilling. I could not resist a homemade Twix bar that tasted like caramel and chocolate sky and was definitiw its (high) price 3.90 the service was ok. updated by the previous review on 2022-04-17

I always come to the sarg, dessert or to lunch. everything is vegan and all dishes are full of color and taste. I personally am very picky with desserts, so I don't like them, but I am a big fan of espresso cake! and the sandwiches are also very good and fill. I just wish it was a little cheaper because I can't afford to come here every day. but good. it is in the middle and the quality is good, so at least they know what they pay. btw I noticed only the description says that they have milk for coffee, which is not true. there are only vegetable milk. updated by previous review on 2022-02-21

I took the caramel dates cake and the black bean burger and both were amazing. Definitely be back when in Ljubljana
