Flambards Sear Sizzle - Llechryd

This is primarily a restaurant , with bar/ lounge and letting rooms. There is a good sized carpark for guests use. The family run business offers lovely food using sizzling stones to cook a great selection of fish , steaks etc at the table. The service was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. Our breakfasts were cooked to order and very good too. The breakfast is pre ordered the night before and a time slot is also arranged. Our twin room was a reasonable size and the ensuite bathroom with walk in shower was very clean , a good size with spotless towels. Some toiletries are supplied as is a hair drier. The beds were comfortable with spotless bedding. There was a fridge in the room, kettle and TV.

Food is absolutely first class, prices are also great. Cook your own stake. Meat is top notch, chips are freshly cooked veg spot on. Really cannot fault, visit everything I'm in the area. Service: 5

Stayed one evening with my husband on visit to friends was spur of the moment thing On arrival was impressed by the building of Flambards , also with the lovely hanging baskets ! Mac the proprietor was friendly informative and showed us to our room was very comfortable with all amenities . On the evening we went for our meal menu choice was exceptional also had in house menu.. restaurant area we were greeted by Louie Mats son who was lovely funny explained the whole sizzle sear experience to my husband who was a bit apprehensive however the whole experience was first class , food excellent and plenty! In the morning we had full English breakfast cooked perfectly by Macs wife again food was delicious, we would like to thank the whole team for a wonderful stay we only hope to visit Flambards again very soon .
