Rosati's Pizza - Lockport

I ordered four pizzas for a lunch gathering, and they were delivered on time, hot, and absolutely delicious.

The delivery was very slow, and all I ordered was a salad and breadsticks. It took over an hour to arrive.

I used to love this location, but recently I've been having issues with using my coupons. I'm a rewards member, but I’ve faced problems with the ones they send me via email. Additionally, their delivery service is the worst! It takes twice as long as they estimate. Last Tuesday night, we waited nearly three hours for our food to arrive!

Delivery order of Antipasto salad, Chicken Calzone and combo beef sandwich. Ordered at noon expected 1 hour delivery time, came in <25 minutes. Large portions, all tasted great. Will definitely try them again.

While I used to absolutely love this location I have had NOTHING but issues lately. A week ago I received my order of a deep dish pizza with the majority of the top layer of cheese at the back of the box. We had to scoop it up with a large spoon and putit back on the pizza. The manager was only willing to give a $10 credit. Tonight I ordered a a thin crust and was told it wouldarrive within an hour. I called at an hour and fifteen minutes. I was told by the manager that the driver was on it. When Ireceived my pizza 10 minutes later it was slid 3 minutes to the front of the box and obviously cold. The manager was again onlywilling to give a $10.00 refund. I will not be ordering from them again.
