Chick N Run - Locust Grove

My place to the wing! I've been here for a few years and love this place! I really use the family meal, especially to come together in the house. I wish they were open on Sunday so I could have some wings for the football season, but it's not a deal breaker for me. The staff was always nice and accommodating. Well, these people are busy for lunch, so don't expect to get your order super fast in one. Therefore I call the time between 11AM-1PM and place my order. You're worth waiting! Lemon-Pepper offers are very good!

I was reluctant to try Chick N Run until stopping into the gas station establishment next door, and needing a quick bite to eat. WOW! I'm so glad I gave this place a try! They have great food and wonderful prices! The lunch specials are perfectly portioned and priced under 7.00. The family dinners are perfect for our family of 5 (we even had left overs). Everything is prepared to order and tastes great!

The family deal is amazing and affordable! 50 wings, a big box of fries, and a gallon of some really good sweet tea for around 35-38$! The wings are a decent size, and they're generous with their fries! Pretty nice selection also if you're not in the mood for wings; They have livers, tenders, fried green tomatoes (which my wife claims are the best in town. and a few other things. Servers are really friendly and quick to fix any issues, my chief complaint however is that the eat-in area is rather small and often crowded, so I recommend getting it to go!

I've heard about this place several times and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the X-Hot chicken pliers, and since I love spicy food, the heat didn’t bother me at all. However, my family had a different experience and prefers milder options, so next time they will opt for something less spicy. Overall, the meal was enjoyable, and I even returned the next day for lunch!

As a first-time visitor, I can confidently say I’ll be a lifelong customer! The bun was slightly oversized, but once it was smashed down, it was just perfect. The burger itself was seasoned flawlessly; I could have closed my eyes and thought I was eating a Fuddruckers burger. Honestly, I think it’s even better than Fuddruckers. The lunch special for $6.50 includes a generously sized drink, which is a fantastic deal. It baffles me why people still choose to pay $8 for a low-quality burger meal at McDonald's just down the street. My only complaint is that I wish they had dine-in options or a patio seating area because the polyfoam box and wax paper really don’t do the rolls justice. The customer service was top-notch, both when I placed my order over the phone and when I picked it up. Having worked in the food and beverage industry, I have a bit of insight, and I encourage everyone to support the much better local options available!
