Írjon visszajelzéstThe second time I have had a problem at this Wendy's, I have currently been at the drive-thru for 35-45 minutes, cars in front of me pulled out because they were tired of waiting. I've been sitting at the actual window for 30 minutes and have yet to hearanything about when they're going to take my order. I recently attempted to ask the problem but I've been ignored. Several carshave left the line behind me because of the wait. They should either hire more people or shut this location down. I will not beback. A total of five cars have left the line in the time that I've been sitting here and they are currently not responding toany attempts to ask them if they're still open or if they plan on taking any orders. As a result of how much time I spent at theordering window I refuse to leave and drove around to where they could not ignore me, only then that I received service. It wasat this point the lady with the headset tried to tell me that she didn't have the headset and wasn't aware of what was going onwhich feels like a lie because she definitely was the same voice that spoke to when I asked about being able to order. Let's beclear I did not have a bad experience because they had a problem inside or because systems were down or whatever the actualcause was. I have terrible experience because the person did not let me know that it was going to be a 30-40 minute wait and robme of chances to get food elsewhere as a result. If you can't serve people then tell them you have a problem and don't justignore them. I can guarantee you I will never come back to this location ever again for any reason. They also forgot my drink.Seriously save yourself some money and time and do not go to this location.
Poor customer service, slow moving employees with zero sense of urgency despite a lobby and drive thru full of people. Multiple customers in line walked out and said ?let?s go to McDonald?s?. The girl working the register was getting my order together thenI saw her in the back with a mop before I ever got my food? hygienic? I think not. Burger came out looking and tasting like ithad been sitting in the back for an hour. Overcooked and not fresh fries. So bad.
On December 4th, after church, I stopped by the drive-thru with my daughters. Despite the long line, the gentleman at the speaker was incredibly friendly and upbeat. He took his time to make sure our order was correct and patiently answered all my questions without showing any signs of annoyance. I felt a bit guilty knowing they were busy, but my girls are quite particular about their burgers. When we reached the window, I was impressed to see the entire staff working together and communicating so well. It was definitely worth the wait, and the friendly service will make this our go-to spot on Sundays from now on. Great job, team! Signed, a mom just trying to make it through the day.
Every time I try to order something new, it’s never available. I’m not sure who’s in charge of their inventory, but they really need to improve. Seriously! The dining room still isn’t open - come on, COVID is hardly a topic anymore. If other places have reopened their dining areas, maybe that should be on your to-do list too! Keeping chairs stacked on tables isn’t a good excuse to avoid cleaning. A team meeting might help management align their staff. Honestly, it might take more than just a reset at this point, given the attitudes I've encountered.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. We waited at the order box and were told someone would be with us shortly, but no one ever returned. So, we drove around to the pickup window to place our order there, only to be told they wouldn't take our order and that we had to get back in line. Ever since COVID, it seems that all the 'fast' food restaurants have gone downhill. We understand that some are short-staffed, but good customer service feels like a thing of the past. I won't be returning to this Wendy's and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.
