Panera Bread - Lodi

Think it's really stupid they won't take ovèr the phone orders when your website isn't working right and I did the standard refreshing on device also tried a different device still comes up with a error you would think you should be a bit more helpfulto paying customers !!!!??

I ordered the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad on November 22 at this location was unable to eat it due to the fatty pieces of disgusting chicken and the wilted lettuce! I couldn't even identify the chicken as real chicken meat! It was truly awful!!!Does not deserve even 1 star since I threw it away after 2 bites!

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this experience. The menu is very difficult for seniors, the help was very young and did not want to clarify what Mom wanted. They made it very hard for her. No silverware, no salt and pepper, no butter for bread theykindly give you with your soup. We both had half sandwiches with soup. I got the completely wrong sandwich and our total was$27.26. Wow! Someone needs to manage this main attraction on Lower Sacramento and Hwy 12 in Lodi. Not pleased!

I ordered a Tai salad. Very little lettuce, a couple of bread croutons. Very disappointing salad. The dressing was good was the only goid point.

Worst of worst ordered on line for outside pick up..took 15 mins after I arrived..ordered cheese flat bread outside crust hard as a rock bottom crust fell away from cheese and totally COLD and little cheese. I also ordered Ceasar salad the half order..sosmall I mean small and lettuce was totally wilted didn't eat it, the cost was almost $7 total of my order was almost $18 forfood that was disgusting ..I have had food from.there before mostly pretty good ..what a complete let down....I would not tellmy worst enemy to eat there...sorry Penera you really disappointed
