Costa Vida - Logan

Tonight my husband and I went to eat at the south Logan costa vida. He ordered a burrito and while eating found a hair in his burrito. He took the burrito back to the line and spoke to the manager Janet. She refused to make him a new burrito or refund his card because we did not have a receipt. We were dining in and the person that took our payment remembered us. She took my husbands card information and then tossed it in the garbage. Janet was condescending and rude. Do not get delivery every. They do not work with you in any way when doordash messes up the customer service is terrible and are super unaccomidating.

Didn't give the student deal like they should have, and don't give you receipts to use with rewards. Avoid on Friday nights

I took my mom here for lunch. This was the first time she ever ate at Costa Vida and she absolutely loved it. She had the chicken salad and loved the salad dressing, the fresh tortilla, and the chicken. I also introduced her to the strawberry limonade, another delicious menu item. This Costa Vida was amazing. More than just the food, it was clean, and had amazing customer service.

We love this Costa Vida! Always quick, consistent, and great food.
