Jimmy John's - Logan

Recently, I have noticed that this restaurant has been getting slower and slower with each visit, with wait times of 25-30 minutes. Despite the long wait times, I am unable to leave due to traffic, landscaping, and parking restrictions. However, as of June 10, 2022, I must commend the quick service I received yesterday. It seems that Jimmy John has addressed the issue and improved the efficiency. Thank you.

I absolutely adore the sandwiches here! However, I do wish they could improve on their speed of service. This is the third time my sandwich wasn't cut in half, which is a minor inconvenience. Today, I ordered the Bootlegger Club and it wasn't cut in half and was missing tomato. Despite these issues, I will still return to this restaurant.

I ordered a salad with specific instructions to not include mayo or sauce, but it was delivered with mayonnaise or aioli. After calling the restaurant, they promptly corrected the mistake with no fuss, only politeness and apologies. The roasted tomato and swirling in the salad were absolutely delicious. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
